Katie Davis currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Prime Group Shetland Park, a role commenced in July 2024. Prior to this position, Katie held the title of Senior Manager of Leasing & Operations at Prime Group Holdings, LLC from January 2021 to July 2024. Katie's experience also includes a tenure as Assistant Director of Leasing at KS Partners and Business Development Manager at James J. Welch & Co., Inc., where responsibilities focused on business development strategies. Earlier in the career, Katie served as Leasing & Marketing Manager for Shetland Park, overseeing a substantial waterfront commercial/industrial office complex. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from North Shore Community College and coursework at Lesley University.
