Felix Chemnitzer, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Debt at Prime Capital AG, specializing in the origination, structuring, and execution of real estate debt financings across Western Europe. Previously, Felix held various positions at Berenberg from 2009 to 2023, culminating in the role of Associate Director within the Structured Finance team, where responsibilities included the origination and structuring of mid-cap leveraged loans and real estate debt in multiple European markets, as well as scaling the private debt strategy. Felix's educational background includes a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge, a program at Tsinghua University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Science and Management from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn.
