Samantha Burford currently serves as the Director of Quality Improvement at Primary Health Solutions since June 2022. Previously, Samantha worked as the Director of 340B Client Services at ReCept Healthcare Services, where responsibilities included operating as a subject matter expert on the 340B Program, optimizing savings for pharmacy partners, ensuring compliance through audits, and facilitating new pharmacy implementations. Prior experience also includes serving as 340B Program Manager at Access Health Louisiana, where responsibilities encompassed 340B reporting, program expansion, and training development. Earlier roles included positions as a Teacher's Assistant and Admissions Intern at Tulane University. Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Psychology, both from Tulane University.
