Tom Rooney is an accomplished digital product leader with extensive experience in driving product development and user experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Product at Primark since May 2022, Tom previously held the position of Product & UX Director at thortful from April 2021 to March 2022. During a significant tenure at John Lewis & Partners from September 2006 to April 2021, Tom excelled in multiple capacities, including Head of Product for Customer Apps and In-store Digital, where responsibility included launching and scaling John Lewis apps to a £500 million sales channel. Tom’s expertise in mobile development led to the successful launch of the first John Lewis mobile site, contributing to a business growth exceeding £100 million over five years. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
