Peter Hubbard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management and business relationship management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Partnering and Service Assurance at The Body Shop since August 2019, Peter oversees the global business relationship management framework and supports regional heads in ASIAPAC, EMEA, and AME. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at Pink Elephant, including Head of Service Operations and Principal Consultant, where responsibilities included delivering consultancy and education in ITSM to enhance client success. Peter possesses a Master of Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University and a degree in English Literature and Religious Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University.
