Michael Eckelman, CSP, has extensive experience in the staffing and homebuilding industries. As Owner, Strategic Business Manager, Franchise Mentor, and Client Experience Champion at PrideStaff in Cincinnati since September 2008, Michael has led efforts in delivering innovative staffing solutions, particularly in the Light Industrial and financial sectors. Previously, as Division President and VP of Sales and Marketing at M/I Homes from July 1989 to February 2008, Michael demonstrated strong leadership in management, production, and operations. Michael holds a BA in Marketing from the University of South Florida and an AAS in Communications from Herkimer County Community College, along with certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association.
