Sam Restagno is an experienced professional with a diverse background in investment and management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Pride Marine Group and Director at Knewsales Group, Sam is also the Managing Partner at Golden Spruce Capital Inc., which seeks control investments in profitable companies. Previous roles include Director of Partnership Development at Dental Corporation of Canada and Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets, as well as Financial Controller and Commercial Project Manager at Siemens and Siemens Healthineers respectively. Sam holds a BMOS degree in Finance and Administration from Western University and an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
