Beth Beam currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Development at Pride Health, a position held since June 2024. Previous roles include Director of Client Engagement and National Manager of Business Development at American Traveler from April 2012 to April 2024, where leadership involved managing a comprehensive range of healthcare staffing services nationwide. Prior to that, Beth held the position of Area Vice President at Personnel One from May 2007 to February 2012, contributing to staffing solutions in the Florida business community. Additional experience includes serving as Branch Manager at Spherion and Staffing Services Manager at PRC in 2000. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and further education from Rollins College.
