Abhinav Singh is an experienced executive with a robust background in global operations, staffing, and recruitment. As Executive Director at Pride Global since 2018, Abhinav expanded the Center of Excellence model to four global locations, launched offshore staffing operations in India, Brazil, and the Philippines, and introduced new business lines that significantly increased gross profit. Previously, Abhinav held senior roles at Mindlance, overseeing global shared services for a $300 million revenue business and implementing strategic initiatives that improved productivity and financial processes. With earlier experience at GENPACT, Abhinav led process excellence projects and gained recognition for mentoring and achieving substantial cost savings. Abhinav holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has furthered education in leadership and operations management through distinguished programs.
