Franchesca Gomez is an experienced interior design and project management professional with a strong background in commercial and residential spaces. Currently serving as an Interior Design and Ancillary Specialist at Price Modern since July 2021, Franchesca previously held key roles including National Presenter and Trainer at Les Mills US from April 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading national fitness presentations and training instructors. As a Commercial Interior Designer and Project Manager at CB Flooring, LLC from June 2018 to July 2021, Franchesca managed multiple multi-million dollar projects, encompassing new constructions and renovations. Earlier experience includes the role of Interior Designer at Greystar, focusing on enhancing property value and tenant retention through strategic renovations. Franchesca holds an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from the Community College of Baltimore County and a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland.
