Francisco Javier Ventura Aguilar has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Francisco Javier started their career as a Visual Basic Programmer at Microinformatica Gerencial in 1997 and then moved on to work as a Technical Support at Mer Communication System in 1998. In the same year, they became a Helpdesk Coordinator at Schlumberger, where they served until 2001. Francisco then joined Sara Lee Branded Apparel as a Project Leader from 2001 to 2002. Francisco Javier later became an IT Support Manager at Nexxis S.A de C.V from 2003 to 2006. Finally, Francisco held the position of Audit Services Director Mexico at PRGX starting from 2006.

Francisco Javier Ventura Aguilar completed a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Universidad Tecmilenio in 2015. Prior to that, in 2013, they obtained a certification as a SAP Certified Development Associate- ABAP from Intersoftware. Francisco also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, completed between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and SAP Certified Development Associates - ABAP.
