Kathie Diekman has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as the Customer Care Representative Lead at Agiliti since August 2011 and as a Regional Account Representative at PREZIO Health, also since August 2011. Prior to these positions, Kathie was a Part-time General Accounting Coordinator at Rizzo Jewelers from July 2006 to November 2016, an Administrative Assistant at RCO Engineering from September 2004 to July 2006, and a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Warn, Hoffman, Miller and LaLone, P.C. from September 2003 to February 2005.
