Sarah Coutts Fahey is an experienced executive assistant, currently serving in that role at Pretzel Therapeutics since March 2023. Previous experience includes positions as an executive assistant at Doma from January 2020 to January 2023, and at Bain Capital from March 2013 to May 2015. Sarah Coutts Fahey also worked at McKinsey & Company, first as a junior recruiter from 2000 to February 2013 and later as a front desk administrator from September 2015 to January 2020. Education was completed at Scripps College.
