Gerhard Heilemann (CEO) first studied electrical engineering after his apprenticeship as an energy plant electronics engineer and then successfully completed his Executive MBA. He started his professional career as a development engineer at FESTO. Via self-employment (7 years) he joined the Würth Group and was responsible for various CEO functions for 15 years. This was followed by a short period of self-employment as a digital consultant before he became CEO of the FÖRCH Group for 5 years.
