Eva Fjellerup has been working in the field of Human Resources since 1996. Eva began their career as a National Team Coach for the Swedish and Australian Pentathlon Team. In 2005, they moved on to become an HR Business Partner at NETS (PBS A/S). From 2011 to 2018, they were the Country Manager at PeopleXS Nordic A/S, where they were responsible for HR and Sales in the Nordics. During this time, they also improved HR processes in public and private organizations and acted as an EU Bid Project Manager. In 2018, they became the Head of Human Resources at Copenhagen Offshore Partners, where they were responsible for Global HR and Head Office Management. Eva established HR policies and procedures and managed the worldwide recruitment process. In 2020, Eva moved on to become the Head of Human Resources at Cadeler A/S. Currently, they are the Director of Talents and HR Denmark at Presto Engineering.
Eva Fjellerup has a diverse educational background. Eva began their studies in 1983, completing a HH Business degree at Lyngby Uddannelsescenter. In 1987, they earned a Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Development, Management, Communication, Psychology, HR & Sports from Bosøn Stockholm. Eva then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School, which they completed in 2003. In 2006, Eva became a Certified Cognitive Coach. In 2021, Eva completed an Executive Management Programme from Scandinavian Executive Institute - Danmark, as well as an Executive Management, Leadership Acceleration Program from INSEAD, with a focus on Strategy, Leadership & Innovation.
