Raffaella Serena is currently serving as a Demand Supply Planner and Procurement Agent at Prestilux since June 2022, where responsibilities include establishing sales forecasts and managing inventory needs. Prior to this role, Raffaella worked at SSENSE from April 2020 to June 2022 as a Product Specialist and Senior Customer Experience Agent, focusing on resolving product issues, training new agents, and improving customer experience processes. Raffaella holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Concordia University and has studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Additionally, Raffaella has an academic background in Business/Commerce from Dawson College.
