Akshay Salunkhe is an experienced professional in the construction and project management field, currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Prestige Group since October 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing the finishing activities of a 55-storey tower. Prior to this role, Akshay held a Senior Engineer position at L&T Realty from December 2021 to September 2024, successfully completing the entrance lobby of multiple towers and a significant area of new tenant accommodations. In earlier roles, Akshay contributed as an Execution Engineer and Junior Engineer at L&T Realty and Puranik Builders Ltd, respectively, managing various residential tower projects and their finishing activities. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Manipal University Jaipur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Saraswati College of Engineering.
