David Riddle has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. David most recently served as the Managing Director at Press Ganey, where they focused on expanding their solutions in large healthcare delivery systems, resulting in a significant increase in revenue. Prior to that, David worked as a Regional Director at Press Ganey, responsible for adding additional services to key accounts and meeting retention metrics.

Before joining Press Ganey, David held positions at McKesson Health IT, where they served as a Strategic Enterprise Solutions Executive and an Enterprise Analytics Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing business activities in strategic new accounts and utilizing data analytics to improve outcomes. David also worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Sg2, where they generated new sales leads and managed client relationships.

Earlier in their career, David held leadership positions at RevPay Solutions and GE Healthcare. At RevPay Solutions, they served as the Executive Vice President of US Sales and was responsible for team recruitment, market analysis, and client relationship management. While at GE Healthcare, David had roles such as Senior Healthcare Services Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, and Healthcare Services Account Manager, where they focused on generating revenue and maintaining client relationships.

David began their career at Philips Medical Systems - ADAC Laboratories as a Territory Manager and Nuclear Sales Specialist. Through their work experience, David has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, and healthcare analytics.

David Riddle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Kansas, which they obtained from 1984 to 1990. In 2004, they attended the John F. Welch Leadership Center, and later that same year, they studied Finance at the University of Michigan. Additionally, David Riddle has obtained certifications in Miller Heiman Manager's Coaching, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, Six Sigma, and Trust Triangle Selling.
