Gary Hendricks has a strong background in the casino industry, with their most recent role being the Vice President and General Manager at Presque Isle Downs & Casino. Gary held the same position at Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin Woodlands from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Isle of Capri Casino as the Senior Director of Planning and Analysis from 2013 to 2016 and as the Director of Planning and Analysis from 2011 to 2013. Gary started their career at Harrah's Entertainment, where they held various roles in planning and analysis from 1999 to 2011.

Gary Hendricks attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre/Theater. Gary later pursued further education at Purdue University from 1991 to 1993, obtaining a Master of Science in Hotel Restaurant Administration.
