Martin Kalungu-Banda is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Research Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Co-Founder of Impact Hub Lusaka, focusing on entrepreneurship and innovative education. With extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, Martin is a Visiting Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Co-Founder and Senior Faculty at Ubuntu.Lab Institute, dedicated to democratizing quality education in Africa. Additional roles include Partner and Consultant at Wasafiri Consulting and Lead for the UK and Co-Lead for Africa at the Presencing Institute, where Martin facilitates innovation and change. With an academic foundation that includes degrees in Development Studies and Public Affairs from notable institutions, Martin has also previously advised on global leadership and capacity building at Oxfam GB and served as a Special Consultant to the President of Zambia.
