Petra Taggart is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and special education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Presence since December 2021, Petra manages renewals and customer support for approximately $7 million in annual revenue while overseeing relationships with major accounts across multiple states. Previous roles include Behavior Specialist and Student Resource Center Teacher at Bend-La Pine Schools, Co-Founder of Moxie Wild LLC, and various positions in special education, including talent acquisition and virtual teaching. Petra holds a Special Education Credential from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico.
