Tanya Ulrich, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Presbyterian SeniorCare, where responsibilities include directing the Human Resources function and fostering a culture of engagement to support organizational growth. In addition to this role, Tanya is a part-time faculty member for the online Health Services Administration Program at Robert Morris University. Previous roles include Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Allegheny Health Network, where development and execution of HR strategy for multiple hospitals were key focuses, and Corporate Director of Organizational Development/Talent Management at West Penn Allegheny Health System. Tanya’s career began at Allegheny General Hospital with successive promotions, culminating in managing the HR department amid financial challenges. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and Communications from the University of North Florida.
