Erica Dewan, MSSA, LSW, CDP, serves as a Board Member at the Adoption Center of Illinois and holds multiple roles at the JOHN AND SUSAN DEWAN FOUNDATION, including Board Secretary and Program Coordinator. Erica is currently the Vice President of Care Transitions at Ignite Medical Resorts since December 2019, overseeing social work teams across 19 medical resorts and leading department projects. Previous positions include Director of Social Services at Maryhaven Nursing and Rehab Center and various roles within Presbyterian Homes, where Erica contributed to resident care and activity planning. Erica is also a founding member of Children of Compassion and has held leadership roles at the Chicagoland Activity Professionals Association. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work with a focus on Adult Development and Aging from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at CWRU and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Xavier University.
