Sherilyn Smalts Shaffer is a Case Manager at Presbyterian Children's Homes & Services, where Sherilyn (Sheri) helps children and families in foster care and adoption services. Sherilyn (Sheri) holds a PhD in Research Methods, Measurement, and Statistics from the University of North Texas and has a strong foundation in clinical psychology and biochemistry.
