Suzie Smith is a Professor of Business Administration at Presbyterian College, with a tenure beginning in September 1987. In this role, Smith teaches management courses and advises over 40 students while also mentoring undergraduate honors research projects focused on data analytics, operations and supply chain management, and customer service improvement. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clemson University from August 1984 to December 1986, where Smith taught Principles of Management, Statistics, and Operations Management, and an internship at Nelson Engineering Company Inc. in June 1981. Smith holds a PhD in Industrial Management from Clemson University and a BE in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, in addition to a BS in Math-Physics from Presbyterian College.
