George Siguler is a Founding Partner of Siguler Guff, a global private equity investment firm with over $10bn in assets under management. Prior to founding Siguler Guff, he was a Managing Director and head of PaineWebber's Private Equity Group. Mr. Siguler served in the Reagan Administration as Chief of Staff of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He was a Founding Partner of the Harvard Management Company and also served as Associate Treasurer of Harvard University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MSCI and the Pension Advisory Committee of the International Monetary Fund. He is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Hoover Institute at Stanford University and a Director of the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Center for Asian Pacific Policy at the RAND Corporation and a member of RAND's U.S.-Russia Business Leaders Forum. Mr. Siguler holds an A.B. from Amherst College and an MBA. from Harvard Business School.
