Fivi Bountouva has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Fivi recently joined Preply as a B2B Account Management Lead in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Click&Boat, where they held multiple roles. From 2021 to 2022, they were the Lead Account Manager for South East Europe, responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and overseeing markets such as Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Montenegro, and Dubai. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Fleet Manager for Croatia, Greece, Spain, and Turkey, and from 2018 to 2019, they were an Account Manager specifically for the Greek market. Before their time at Click&Boat, Fivi had a brief stint as a Business Developer in Greece.

In terms of their earlier experience, Fivi interned at Microsoft Hellas as a Digital Marketing Intern in 2016, and at the Boston College as an Assistant Stage Manager. Fivi also worked as a Social Media Operator for the Curious Animal Online Magazine in 2014, where they focused on building an online presence and engaging with the magazine's audience. Additionally, they interned as an Assistant Production Manager at White Fox S.A., a company involved in the audiovisual sector, and as an Administrative Assistant at DDB. Fivi's work experience dates back to 2012, when they worked as a Production Assistant for The 24hours plays.

Fivi Bountouva's education history includes obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Joint Honors in Digital Media & Information Studies/Theatre Studies from the University of Glasgow from 2013 to 2017. Fivi also attended Boston College as an exchange student in 2015 and 2016, focusing on Digital Media and Theatre Studies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they completed the IB Diploma Programme at Costeas-Geitonas School (CGS), majoring in subjects such as History, English, Modern Greek, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Theatre Studies. In 2020 and 2021, Fivi attended INSEAD for the Leading in a Transforming World - Online Program. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in digital skills and leadership development.
