Kristen Diver has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Kristen started their career at Aramark as an Athlete's Village Manager in 2008 and then moved to Union Square Hospitality Group as a Restaurant Manager. Kristen later joined Patina Restaurant Group as a Human Resources & Training Manager before transitioning to Waterton as a Human Resources Manager. Kristen then served as the Director of Human Resources at The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud. Currently, Kristen holds the position of Director of People & Culture at Prentice Organization. Throughout their career, Kristen has honed their skills in people management and organizational culture development.
