Richard O'Connor is a highly experienced professional in the consulting field, currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant and Managing Consultant at Prensa Pty Ltd since March 2010. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as Managing Consultant and Senior Environmental Consultant at Noel Arnold & Associates from July 2004 to February 2010.
