Erika Bates RN, MSN, MBA is a nursing professional with extensive experience in health informatics and clinical content development. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at Prenosis since October 2024, Erika previously held the position of Vice President of Content Development at TRC Healthcare from November 2022 to October 2024. Erika’s career includes significant roles at Elsevier, where responsibilities included supporting integration efforts and developing clinical decision design within EMR systems from December 2013 to November 2022. Earlier positions include a Consultant role at Vision Consulting, LLC, and various leadership positions at HCA and Mountain States Health Alliance. Erika holds multiple degrees from Western Governors University, University of Phoenix, and New Mexico State University, including a Master's in Nursing Administration and an MBA in Health Care Administration.
