Swarnava Paul has over a decade of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Premium Transmission Private Limited since September 2021. Previously, Swarnava held the position of Senior Design Engineer at Tata Technologies from February 2019 to September 2021 and worked as a Senior Officer in design at NEW ALLENBERRY WORKS from January 2010 to February 2019, focusing on designing helical and bevel helical gearboxes using Kiss-soft. Swarnava holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education.
