Chris Payne has over 20 years of work experience in the packaging industry. Chris is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Premium Label & Packaging Solutions since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at InterFlex Group as the President- North America from 2018 to 2023. In this role, they had full P&L responsibility for the company's North American business, focusing on commercial execution and improving communication across functional departments. Chris also has extensive experience at Oracle Packaging, where they served as VP of Sales & Marketing from 2008 to 2017 and as Director of Sales & Marketing from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they worked at Printpack, Inc. as a Sales Manager from 2001 to 2005, at MeadWestvaco in Market Development Management from 1999 to 2001, and at Sonoco as a Regional Sales Manager from 1994 to 1999.
Chris Payne earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University from 1984 to 1988. Later, in 2002, they completed an Executive Education Program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
