Prior roles include Consultant for Operational Excellence at STAUFEN., where Marvin conducted potential analyses and facilitated workshops, and Masterand for Operational Excellence at TROX GmbH, optimizing factory layouts using Lean 4.0 principles. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Technisches Produktionsmanagement from Hochschule Ruhr West and a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Jade Hochschule.
