Dominik Rutz is a professional in business excellence and performance management, currently serving as the Leader of Business Excellence & Performance Management at Premium AEROTEC GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rutz was a Senior Consultant at umlaut company from February 2018 to February 2023 and worked as a Consultant at P3 Group from July 2011 to September 2016, where involvement included various projects across multiple customers and locations within the aircraft industry. Rutz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Hult International Business School (2016 - 2017) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Flugzeugbau from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (2006 - 2010).
