Bill Baxter joined Premier Thermal in 2010 as General Manager of the North Vernon, IN plant. In 2019, Bill was promoted to Regional Manager and added the management of the NitroSteel plant to his responsibilities. Prior to joining the company Bill was in Applied Research and Development at Air Products and Chemicals, the Plant Manager-Commercial Metal Heat Treating at ThermoFusion, Plant Manager at Bodycote and Group Quality Manager at Bodycote. He has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
