Rick Bilotto is an experienced consultant at Sizemore & Company LLC, specializing in Global Benchmark Results and systemic construction management best practices since October 2015. Previously, as Senior Construction Program Manager at Procter & Gamble from 2008 to 2015, Rick drove the development of innovative construction management solutions that facilitated over $4 billion in annual capital improvements. Rick's leadership extended to coaching and mentoring teams in welding and materials engineering, establishing corporate standards and specifications, and integrating large contractor teams to address complex construction challenges. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned between 1974 and 1978.
