Erik Hedman has extensive experience in both the culinary and real estate industries. Since January 2017, Erik has worked as a Realtor at Premier Real Estate Services, specializing in the sale and purchase of residential homes, investment properties, and vacant land. Prior to this, Erik served as Head Chef & Kitchen Manager at Eagle's Landing Golf Club and Grill from 2014 to 2016, having progressed from a Line Cook beginning in 2009. Erik's culinary career started as a Prep & Line Cook at A.T. The Black & White from 2007 to 2011. Erik holds an Associate's degree in Graphic Design from the Minnesota School of Business, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2011, and attended St. Cloud Technical and Community College from 2007 to 2009.
