Lance Dawson is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in strategic HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Training, and EHS at Premier Magnesia, LLC, Lance has previously held leadership roles including Director of Human Resources for the Americas Region at Kelvion Products Inc., Director of Human Resources & Culture at VANHOOSECO, and Director of Human Resources at Answer Financial Inc. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Lance has specialized in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and culture transformation. Educationally, Lance holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Tennessee Technological University. Additionally, Lance is a distinguished Military Graduate, having served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve.
