Scott M. currently serves as the Head of Coach Development at The Premier League, where responsibilities include leading the Elite Coaching Plan to enhance coach development in alignment with organizational goals. Previously, Scott held several progressive roles within The Premier League, including Senior Coach Development Manager and Coaching Development Manager, focusing on the advancement of coaching frameworks and strategies. In addition to current consultancy with Sport Northern Ireland and previous positions at England and Great Britain Hockey, Scott has held roles such as Non-Executive Performance Director at the Canoe Association of Northern Ireland and Talent and Coach Development Officer at Ulster Hockey. Scott's educational background includes a forthcoming Doctorate in Elite Performance from Dublin City University and various qualifications in coaching and development.
