Lauren Austin is a highly experienced professional in the fields of policy and corporate affairs, project management, and operational improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Planning and Projects Manager at The Premier League since November 2021, Lauren has previously held various roles at Thames Water, including Operational Improvement Delivery Programme Manager and Operations Programme Manager, where responsibilities involved SAP CRM system implementation. Prior professional experience also includes a position as Project Manager at CGI. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Sports Directorship from The University of Salford and a BA(Hons) in Business Management from the University of Winchester, complemented by A Levels and GCSEs from Farmors Sixth Form and Farmors School, respectively.
