Timm Fields has a significant amount of work experience in various leadership roles. Timm currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Rogers Group Inc. Timm was previously the Chief Executive Officer at Premier Forge Group LLC and Milsco Manufacturing. Prior to that, Timm held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager at Jason Group Inc. Timm also has a strong background in the construction industry, having served as Vice President and General Manager in different divisions at ITW. Timm's earlier roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at S&S Cycle, Inc. and Senior Manager of Product Marketing and Field Sales at United Conveyor Corporation.

Timm Fields holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Timm also has a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Valparaiso University.
