Carly Layton is a Senior Legal Counsel at Premier Foods, where responsibilities include advising on soft IP matters, brand protection, and providing legal support for marketing projects and strategic commercial initiatives. Since June 2012, Carly has negotiated various agreements, offered commercial legal advice, and delivered training to the commercial teams on topics such as contract law and advertising regulations. Previous experience includes roles as a Trainee Solicitor and Paralegal at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co, as well as a Student Advisor at the University of Hertfordshire Law Clinic. Carly holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hertfordshire and completed legal training at BPP Law School in 2013.
