Sally Greenaway MCIM, F IDM, brings extensive experience in customer experience and marketing across various industries. As Director of Customer Experience at Premier CX from April 2018 to August 2024, Sally utilized insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions and implemented customer-focused strategies. Prior to this role, Sally served as a Senior CX Consultant, delivering new projects and sharing industry knowledge. Sally has also held positions as Senior Account Manager at The Mustard AgencyUK, Marketing Consultant in self-employment, Marketing Manager at Home and Office City, Group Marketing Manager at Porsche Cars GB Ltd, Marketing Manager at Rank Entertainment, and as part of the Sponsorship and Promotions Team at Capital Radio Group. Sally holds an HND in Business and Finance with a focus on International Marketing from the University of Portsmouth.
