Natalia Medeiros is an experienced professional in client success and product management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Success at Premier Construction Software since August 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia spent twelve years at Jonas Construction Software, where various positions included Product Manager, Manager of Internal Training, Internal Trainer, Team Lead, and Customer Service Analyst. Earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Clerk at Anatolia Tile & Stone Inc and as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at both The MIBRO Group and Southwest Bindings. Natalia holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Seneca Polytechnic, attained between 2008 and 2010.
