Bo Shen has extensive work experience in the field of process chemistry. Bo is currently serving as the Director of Process Chemistry at Prelude Therapeutics since August 2022. Prior to this, Bo worked as the Associate Director of Process Chemistry at the same company from November 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Prelude Therapeutics, Bo worked at Incyte from March 2013 to November 2020, where they held various positions ranging from Principal Investigator to Research Investigator. Bo started their career as a Postdoc Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from June 2010 to February 2013, working with Prof. Timothy F. Jamison.

Bo Shen earned a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Vanderbilt University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010.
