Michael Downing is an experienced corporate pastry chef and international ITC manager at PreGel America, a position held since February 2012. Prior to this role, Michael served as an assistant pastry chef at Jean Philippe Patisserie from January 2011 to February 2012 and at ARIA Resort & Casino from October 2009 to January 2011. Michael began the culinary career as a baker/pastry cook at Bellagio, where tenure spanned from August 2004 to October 2009.
