Rakesh Kaushika is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and analytics, currently serving as the Enterprise Data Services Manager at Preferred Mutual since June 2022. At the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Rakesh has been an Associate Lecturer since September 2017, teaching foundations of data science. Previously, roles include Customer Insights Leader at Homesite Insurance, Manager Corporate Data and Analytics at West Bend Mutual Insurance, and Business Intelligence Manager at AriensCo. Rakesh began a career at SECURA Insurance in various capacities, including Business Intelligence Administrator and IT Project Manager. Educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
