Mark Graveel has extensive experience in forestry and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Supply Chains Specialist at Preferred by Nature since January 2022, responsibilities include auditing various certification schemes and managing a diverse client portfolio across the United States. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at the Tennessee Division of Forestry as an Area Forester, where duties involved supervising subordinates and conducting public presentations, and at Davey Tree Expert Co as a Treecare Foreman, focusing on tree surgery services. Early career experiences include roles as County Forester with the Arkansas Forestry Commission and Research Assistant positions at various institutions, enhancing expertise in forest management, ecological research, and practical applications of forestry skills. Mark earned a Bachelorā€™s degree in Forestry and Natural Resources from Purdue University and completed master-level coursework in Mountain Forestry at BOKU, gaining valuable international experience.
