Magnus Nolgren is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, performance management, and strategic HR consulting. Currently serving as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Preem AB since September 2018, Magnus leads processes related to salary reviews, job evaluations, and benefits. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Applied Medical, where support was provided to sales departments across multiple European countries, and HR Consultant at Launch!, contributing to HR digitalization efforts for Heineken International. Prior experience also encompasses strategic HR roles within the Swedish Armed Forces, offering advisory services and leading talent management initiatives. Magnus co-founded Training Vision Sweden AB and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science from Örebro Universitet, along with additional education in business and coaching.
