Anders Nilsson has extensive work experience in various roles. Anders started their career in 1996 as a Regionsansvarig säljare at Bläcket Tryck & Reklam, where they were responsible for sales of promotional items to small and large companies. Anders then joined Proffice Sverige AB in 2000 as an Account Manager/Kundansvarig. In this role, they were responsible for managing key accounts in Stockholm, coordinating and driving customer relationships and business opportunities. During this time, they were recognized as Årets Säljare 2002 and participated in Pro Lab 2012. Anders also worked as a Mentor at Mentor.se in 2009-2010 and as a Key Account Manager and Internal Trainer/Ambassador for Preem Petroleum AB starting in 2013.

Anders Nilsson attended Forest Hills Central High School from 1976 to 1980, where they completed their high school education.
